On behalf of our client, Affinity is seeking an Organizational and Change Management Lead on a 12 month contract. This is a hybrid role with onsite work in Vancouver.
- Develop and implement change management strategies to drive adoption of new software solutions.
- Conduct impact assessments to identify risks, gaps, and stakeholder concerns throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Design and execute communication plans to engage stakeholders and align them with project goals.
- Lead training initiatives to equip end-users and stakeholders with necessary skills.
- Integrate change management activities into project plans in collaboration with business leaders.
- Facilitate workshops, feedback sessions, and readiness assessments to track progress and address resistance.
- Advise leadership on change-related risks and best practices.
- Measure and report on change management effectiveness, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Develop tools, templates, and resources to support change initiatives.
- Foster a culture of adaptability and continuous learning across the organization.
