On behalf of our client, Affinity is seeking a Business Analyst with experience in Maximo for a 12 month contract. This is a hybrid role with onsite work in Vancouver.
Job Description:
- Analyze new software enhancement requests, assessing business value, potential solutions, and expected outcomes.
- Define detailed business, functional, and non-functional requirements, workflows, and use cases, aligning business needs with platform capabilities.
- Conduct change impact assessments to identify risks, gaps, and stakeholder concerns throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Develop and implement training programs to prepare end-users and stakeholders.
- Lead stakeholder workshops, feedback sessions, and readiness assessments to track change progress and address resistance.
- Support enterprise transformation projects, particularly Maximo Asset Management implementations and enhancements.
- Define enhancement scope, goals, and deliverables while adhering to YVR IT PMO processes and documentation standards.
