Responsibilities:


Account Management and Client Engagement:

  • Foster and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction with our services and products. Regularly communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that enhance their experience.
  • Assist in identifying new business opportunities and support efforts in developing relationships with potential clients, contributing to the company's growth.


Client Communication and Service Coordination:

  • Act as a key contact for assigned clients, managing day-to-day communications and ensuring their needs and queries are promptly addressed.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and products to clients, helping to resolve any issues that may arise during the delivery process.


Qualifications and Experience:


Account Management Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an Account Manager, specifically within the IT consulting/staffing industry.

Client Relationship and Government Acumen:

  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, showcasing a deep understanding of their unique needs and operational standards. Proven capability to navigate and succeed within the [Calgary/Winnipeg/Regina] market.

Public Sector Contracting and Sourcing Skills

  • Experience in sourcing, qualifying, and managing talent specifically for Winnipeg-based clients (ideally public sector).

Negotiation Skills and Competitive Drive:

  • A strong competitive nature, with a track record of thriving in competitive environments. Must possess excellent negotiation and sales/persuasion skills, demonstrating the ability to close deals effectively and contribute to business growth.
