On behalf of our healthcare client, Affinity is looking for a Sr. Business Analyst to work on the Next-Generation Telecommunications Agreement (NGTA).
Responsibilities:
Requirements gathering, Elicitation and Analysis:
• Collaborate with all stakeholders to gather and document detailed business and technical requirements for the NGTA transition.
• Conduct gap analysis to identify differences between TSMA and NGTA services for impacted groups.
Workflow and Process Mapping:
• Map current workflows for mobility, voice, network, and data services under TSMA.
• Design future-state workflows to align with NGTA capabilities and processes.
TSMA and NGTA Contract Review and Evaluation:
• Analyze the TSMA and NGTA contracts, identifying key obligations, differences, and their impact on operations.
• Support the evaluation of PHSA Solution SDP to ensure compliance with NGTA requirements.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with impacted groups to address concerns and gather input.
• Act as the liaison between the Project Manager, vendors, and internal teams.
Compliance and Risk Management:
• Support the completion of STRA and PIA.
• Identify and document risks related to the transition and recommend mitigation strategies.
Testing and Validation:
• Assist in defining test cases for validating billing accuracy, service functionality, and NGTA compliance.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure successful adoption of NGTA services.
Documentation and Reporting:
• Prepare detailed documentation, including requirements, gap analyses, workflows, and recommendations.
• Provide regular updates to project leadership and stakeholders.
Training and Transition Support:
• Develop a communication plan and transition plan.
• Contribute to the development of training materials for impacted teams.
• Ensure a smooth transition by supporting knowledge transfer to operational teams.
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
• Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is preferred or similar certification.
Experience:
• At least 5 to 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with significant experience in large-scale transitions or IT projects.
• Proven experience in workflow and process mapping, contract analysis, and vendor management.
Familiarity with STRA, PIA, and other regulatory compliance processes.
Skills:
• Strong analytical, time management, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills for engaging stakeholders.
• Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Visio, Smartsheet, Excel, Jira, and any other project management software.
