On behalf of our client, Affinity is seeking a Senior Project Manager and drive transformative change on a high-profile project, where your expertise will shape impactful outcomes in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Project Planning and Control:
- Develop and maintain project charters, schedules, and project management plans.
- Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring alignment with project goals and deadlines.
- Oversee staffing and lead multidisciplinary project teams.
- Risk and Quality Management:
- Identify and track risks, issues, and areas requiring improvement.
- Ensure quality standards are met for all deliverables.
- Stakeholder Communication:
- Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders, including Project Sponsors and Senior Management.
- Provide regular project status reports and updates.
- Procurement and Coordination:
- Administer and manage procurement contracts.
- Coordinate parallel tasks across departments to ensure smooth execution.
- Performance Tracking:
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and methodologies.
- Identify opportunities to optimize project outcomes.
Qualifications
- Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience delivering complex organizational projects.
- Proven track record managing multidisciplinary teams and navigating parallel tasks.
- Certifications:
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is required.
