On behalf of our client, Affinity is seeking a Senior Project Manager and drive transformative change on a high-profile project, where your expertise will shape impactful outcomes in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning and Control:
  • Develop and maintain project charters, schedules, and project management plans.
  • Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring alignment with project goals and deadlines.
  • Oversee staffing and lead multidisciplinary project teams.
• Risk and Quality Management:
  • Identify and track risks, issues, and areas requiring improvement.
  • Ensure quality standards are met for all deliverables.
• Stakeholder Communication:
  • Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders, including Project Sponsors and Senior Management.
  • Provide regular project status reports and updates.
• Procurement and Coordination:
  • Administer and manage procurement contracts.
  • Coordinate parallel tasks across departments to ensure smooth execution.
• Performance Tracking:
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and methodologies.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience:
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience delivering complex organizational projects.
  • Proven track record managing multidisciplinary teams and navigating parallel tasks.
• Certifications:
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is required.
