Job Description

The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple IT projects, ensuring successful completion within defined scope, budget, and timelines. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, effective resource management, and continuous communication with stakeholders. Ensuring proper risk management and alignment with organizational goals will also be key.

Responsibilities:

As a Project Manager, you will lead large-scale technology initiatives, ensuring they align with business objectives and meet deadlines and financial constraints. You will develop detailed project plans, which include resource allocation, scheduling, and budgeting, and ensure they are followed throughout the project lifecycle. Engaging with stakeholders will be essential, as you will establish communication channels to keep them informed and aligned with the project’s progress and goals.

Monitoring and tracking progress will be a critical part of the role, allowing you to address challenges as they arise, report significant barriers, and recommend adjustments to keep the project on track. You will identify potential risks early on and implement mitigation strategies to avoid delays or cost overruns. Quality will be a top priority, with regular reviews ensuring deliverables meet both project requirements and industry best practices.

A significant part of your role will involve communicating updates to project teams, stakeholders, and senior management, addressing any issues or conflicts that arise, and escalating matters when needed to ensure timely resolution. You will also manage any changes to the project scope, budget, or schedule through a formal change control process. Maintaining accurate documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting notes, will ensure transparency and facilitate smooth operations.

After project completion, you will conduct post-implementation reviews to assess outcomes, identify lessons learned, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement in future projects.
