On behalf of our enterprise client in the public energy sector, Affinity is currently in search of an Organizational change readiness consultant to join their team and support on a part time basis. You will play a key role on the team by helping increase employee adoption of change initiatives such as business process and technology.


Responsibilities:

           In conjunction with project manager, consult with business to understand impacts of project change and develop a project Change Management Plan inclusive of (Stakeholder Engagement, Communications and Training) to enhance adoption and business readiness to receive project outcomes.

           Develop Change Artefacts and take accountability for the effectiveness of the OCR solution, as recognized through project stakeholders’ readiness/acceptance of the project changes.

           Liaison with corporate marketing and communications to ensure external communications are planned and executed.

           Execute change management plan during the project.

           Participate in project lessons learned and other continuous improvement activities.


Qualifications:

           Must have professional certification in change management discipline, such as PROSCI or equivalent.

           Deep understanding of project management approaches and phases.

           A minimum of 6+ years of demonstrated experience leading the planning and execution of change efforts for technology adoption and digital transformation projects.

           Bachelor’s degree in Adult Education, Public Relations / Marketing / Communications, Organizational Behavior, Business, Liberal Arts, Human Relations, or equivalent.

           Experience in stakeholder assessment and engagement.

           Experience developing and implementing effective communications strategies to support large, complex projects.

           Experience designing, developing, and executing training activities for initiatives, including determining the structure, content, and desired learning outcomes.

           Collaborative, team-oriented mindset, and a desire to contribute actively to team capabilities and culture.

           Strong facilitation, coaching, and interpersonal skills, and ability to influence and guide others towards a common vision or goal.

           Have excellent interpersonal, organizational, relationship-building, and negotiation skills and be able to deal effectively with all levels inside the organization.

           Flexible and adaptable, able to work in ambiguous situations and changing environments, and take on new challenges.

           Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics.

           Experience in change management on an ERP implementation or transformation is preferred. (SAP Preferred)


Pay range for this position is between 90 - 110/hr based on experience
